Bromsgrove District Local Plan: Development Strategy Consultation
The emerging Bromsgrove District Local Plan will set out new housing, employment and other development, alongside its supporting infrastructure, will take place over the plan period to 2043.
It proposes to build 3000 homes in Frankley, on land just outside the parish, however it will impact the area in regards to congestion on roads, provision of schools, dentist and doctor surgeries and public transport links.
